The Giveaway Network scores highly when it comes to granting credits. It states on most offers that credit will be granted within 5 business days, however we found it to be quicker on average, taking only 2-3 days, and in some cases as early as 1 day.

We also found customer service to be excellent. The Giveaway Network employ a ticket system for answering queries, whereby you are given a place in a queue, and your query is answered when you reach the front of the queue. Once your query is answered, which usually takes around 2-3 days, you are sent an email which links you to your answered query. Any subsequent queries are dealt with by the same advisor so that your issue is solved quickly and efficiently.

As a case in point, we completed the Jackpotjoy offer on Minimac Giveaway, but did not receive the credit within the specified time. We contacted customer service, who requested we send screenshots of our Jackpotjoy details to verify our membership. Once they had received these details, we were granted our credit with no complications. We were very impressed with this response and we would highlight that good customer service can be very important if there is a problem with any of your valued credits. Again, the Giveaway Network rate very highly when it comes to turnaround. Most sites complete the verification process within 1 – 2 weeks, though this can vary from site to site. Minimac Giveaway, for example state that your account will be verified within 5 working days, however verifications actually take place at the end of each month, so it could take up to a month to verify your account. Wii Giveaway, on the other hand, are very impressive and verified our account within a week.

Once your account has been verified, you will usually receive your free gift within a week, which is very good. We were especially impressed with Gameconsole Giveaway as we were able to obtain a PSP within 4 weeks of registering with this site.
