Time Taken To Grant Credits on Grab Network.
Grab Network can take a little longer to grant credits for completed offers. It states on their websites that completed offers are updated within 7 working days. On average, we found that our referrals were usually updated to green status approximately once a week, though some took slightly longer. This delay can be slightly disconcerting at first for cases where you know for certain that a referral has completed an offer, but is taking a while to show up. They key here is patience; Grab Network are very reliable and the completed offers in the vast majority of cases will show up. In the off chance something has gone awry with the granting of the credit, their customer service is excellent, and they will work to resolve any problems with errant credits.

Time Taken To Get Your Free Gift on Grab Network.
Once you have satisfied all the conditions for receiving your free gift (i.e. you have completed your offer and referred the required number of people), your account will go through a processing stage to check for any fraudulent activity which may have taken place on behalf of either you or your referrals. When this stage is completed, your account will be approved and you will be sent your free item. This processing stage can take anywhere up to a month with Grab Network, which is slightly longer than some referrals sites. Although the delay can seem excruciating when waiting for a free gift, this is not an unreasonable amount of time to verify your account.

When your account has been approved, you will be sent your item via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which guarantees you will receive your package the next day, and provides you with a tracking number. Special delivery costs, on average, around £20 for an item as large as a games console. This is impressive when you consider that free delivery from some commercial websites, e.g. Amazon, can up to 5 days. In our opinion this more than makes up for the slight lag in processing your account with Grab Network.
We should note that we were especially impressed with Consolegrab, who were able to ship Nintendo Wii to us on 21/03/07. This is made all the more impressive by the fact that these were still unavailable in most shops and on other referrals sites we were testing at the time.
