Im trying to use your adclicks programe and have added funds to my account. When I go to choose banner it will not let me select a package an remians constantly on the £23.99 PS3 package. I had problems adding funds as well.
How long will I have to wait as you could not have more than one person per banner.
I used you ads before but no one was signing up I got around 5 yellows. Are you stopulatign to people that they must do an offer to have their account activated? _________________ HELP ME YOUR MY ONLY HOPE |

Hi,
Currently, we only allow one person per banner to ensure each person gets the maximum clicks in the shortest time. You don't need to complete any offers to have your account activated.
Before adding funds, you should ensure that the banner you wish to buy is available for purchase, otherwise you may need to wait until the banner becomes available before you buy it. You can tell whether or not a banner is in use by clicking on the tickbox/radiobutton beside it. The tickbox appears greyed out and you are unable to tick the tickbox for adverts which are in use.
Can you please elaborate on the problems you had adding funds? The system uses Paypal which may not update your account instantly. In most cases the funds go in straight away, however you may need to wait a moment, or click refresh for the funds to go into your account.
Depending on the banner you wish to buy, and how many clicks the current user has purchased, it may take a few days for the banner to run through and become available again. We are currently installing an email notification service to inform you when the banner you wish to purchase becomes available. This should also make it a little clearer which banners are available and which are in use.
If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask. I hope I've managed to clear things up for you a little

Thanks for the reply. With the adding my funds problem it keep onn going to paypal and saying retry page. When I was talking about people signing up to offers what I meant was that the people who click on my link never seemed to complete offers. _________________ HELP ME YOUR MY ONLY HOPE |

The “retry page” Paypal issue seems to be an issue with older browsers. Which browser were you using when you saw this issue? We are currently looking into a fix, but for the moment you should be able to add funds through the “advanced view”.
We are getting some very positive reports about the new ad-clicks system in regards to sign up rates. The previous system rotated a number of links, so that one person’s link would only receive a share of the clicks for that banner. The new system limits each banner to only one person at a time, so the sign up rate is much higher. Furthermore, the new Ad Clicks system only registers “unique clicks” – that is, when a person clicks on your banner multiple times, only one click is registered. This means that, in actuality, you are probably receiving far more clicks than you paid for in your package, as most people tend to click on a banner more than once. The result is that you should have a much higher sign up rate for your freebie site, which is the current feedback we are receiving.
If you need any more help, please don’t hesitate to ask – we’re here pretty much around the clock! _________________ The UK's no.1 free stuff site! |

Thanks for your help. I managed to add funds. Do you think you will have a e-mailing notification system or waiting list soon? _________________ HELP ME YOUR MY ONLY HOPE |

yes, the email notification system should be installed within the next day or two. We will announce it here when it's up and running. _________________ The UK's no.1 free stuff site! |

Just to say I had the same problem with adding funds but I kept on trying and it eventually worked.
I didn't realise that you needed to check if the ads where free before adding funds and went to ad my banner and they are all tkane up, oh well I don't mind waiting, maybe it would be a good idea to have a waiting list that way it would be fair on the people who have already paid their funds in? as with an email you may keep missing it?
I must say I think it's a great idea and hopefully it will help with our greens. _________________ Shelley |

Hi Shellees,
Thank you for the helpful suggestions We may look into the waiting list suggestion, however in the meantime, we will make it clearer that you have to check for available adverts first. We will also make it clearer which ads are available and which are not so that people don't add funds for ads which are currently in use.
The email system should be in place, hopefully today or tomorrow, so that should help in the meantime.
Thanks also for the positive support we hope to be able to provide all of our members an easier way to get those elusive greens! _________________ The UK's no.1 free stuff site! |
