Has anyone made any experiences with Booksdirect on the giveaway network? It says on the giveaway site that you only have to receive two free books for which you only pay p&p of around 2 GBP. sounds good, ey? however, when i wanted to sign up and read the t&c's, it turns out that when you sign up to books direct, you have to order at least 2 books in the next 12 months. i can't quite remember if the 2 books you need anyway, are included in this or if you need to order 4 books in total.

another thing is, that when you join, you can pick books starting form 1p! but they probably cost the RRP once you signed up, i assume (it is displayed on the website in a confusing fashion).

does anyone have any experiences?

i've done books direct, basically you sign up and get two free books (top gear books) and pay £1.99 for the delivery. You then have a year to buy another two books if you wish to continue the membership. Not quite sure what happens if you decide you dont want to, i've heard somewhere you have to pay a £10 cancelation fee but i maybe wrong. anyway im not cancelling because im quite happy to buy to books in the next year, your getting four books for the price of 2 so cant complain really.
Plus it credits pretty instantly.

thanks, nmase19!

yeah i do remember the 10 pounds part from the t&c's. you get charged 10 pounds for EACH book you did not order.

they did not seem to have much interesting books for me so i am a bit reluctant to do that. let's see though! might be the cheapest in the end apart from coral but i don't want my credit card statement to show that i am signing up for a gaming site. might come in unhandy later.

and the better if you say books direct are crediting fast!

not what i'd call effort but ok, i'd rather do books direct than sign up for a credit card or spend like £25 on a betting site which eventually u'll end up having to do.

I've doneit and think its quite a good offer. Most people buy at least two books every year anyway so might as well get a green out of it.

I think I'm going to do this. Does it take long for it to get credited?
