Can I buy referals that are garenteed to complete an offer straight from the Internet? I had a few seaches on google and I was woundering if it is legit?

The problem with these sites is that it only guarantees sign ups for free sites so you would be paying for people to join under your link. You are not allowed to pay for actual greens from these sites.

Therefore you could pay the $30 for 50 sign ups and if you got 1 green from it you would be lucky. You would end up with the 50 names signed up under you account but probably no actual completed offers.
