I know it's a silly question but but I offer turning someones picture into say a movie style picture or a cartoon etc for a green?

Because i've just turned 18 haven't got a debit/credit card yet. I'm getting a debit card soon, then i'll have my paypal account and can pay. So can I offer this?

I think as long as the other person doing the trade with you is made really clear that this is what you are trading, and they are willing to go through with it, it should be allowed...

But it's doubtful you'll get many people up for it. My advice is that you get the debit card soon (or try the Freepay sites instead).

I'm gonna apply online today. I only turned 18 around 2 weeks ago so haven't really got round to it yet!!!

There shouldn't be a problem with this - as long as your trading partner agrees to the trade.
