| Because i've just turned 18 haven't got a debit/credit card yet. I'm getting a debit card soon, then i'll have my paypal account and can pay. So can I offer this? |

I think as long as the other person doing the trade with you is made really clear that this is what you are trading, and they are willing to go through with it, it should be allowed...
But it's doubtful you'll get many people up for it. My advice is that you get the debit card soon (or try the Freepay sites instead). |
