You're still showing as pending but it seems lots of people are having problems with this site and every site owned by offercentric so I'll have to look into it. we can consider this trade complete though. How do I give feedback or whatever I have to do?!

Yeah go ahead and finalise. It seems many people are sending them support tickets so there's obviously a problem. I've got their phone number so I'll try them tomorrow.
