once you have ordered just send a support ticket asking for amazon vouchers, you should get £185.

how long does it take for them to reply to a support ticket?

well when you have met the requirement you press submit (should be a button to submit for your order)
then send a support ticket so they know you want vouchers,
they may take a while to answer but if your lucky you will get a reply within 24hours.
