what does it mean by going green and G4C

Going 'green' refers to the completion of an offer on a website. For example, if you complete the Lovefilm offer, and the website confirms that you have, you will have gone green.

G4C is when you trade a referral (i.e. complete an offer on someone else's website) for cash, or vice versa.
