Has anyone managed to get their time limit extended

I have got the end of my allowed period with freepay, unfortuantly a couple fo trade referals havn't gone green, but tickets have been raised with the help centre.

I think this gives me a case to ask for an extention in time (allowing for how quickly freepay respond to tickets), and I have requested this through a ticket. Just wondering if anyone has had the same experience and whether an extention of time was allowed?

I have asked for accounts to be extended before and freepay have always allowed this. You dont need to come up with an excuse, just simply ask for an extension of a month to try and get more referrals.
