Not too restricted I believe.

If you're planning on uploading an image, it should tell you the maximum size (both pixels and kb).

If anything is considered inappropriate, one of us will tell you, so go ahead and do whatever you wanted (Unless it's quite obviously not suitable, i.e. explicit content, offensive material, etc)

Willing to take the blame if there are more rules about sigs, so don't worry too much.
