I'm completely new to the freebie zone but I've been reading for quite a while about all these stuff and have been watching your forum and progress for some time.
In fact I'm not even from the UK but I'm moving there in about 2 weeks for Uni. and hope to give it a go.
I've seen that many offers require you to sign up to different bookies or casinons, that's great for me since I've been running a betting portal here in my country and I'm pretty familiar with these things. Maybe it will help me when trying to go for G4G.
Should I have any problems since I'm not a british citizen?
Also, should I register now for those website or should I wait 'till I arrive in the UK?
Thanks and good luck with your refferals |

Probably best to wait til you're in the UK before you sign before you sign up to any sites, as you need to provide details of where you live (so they can send you the gift) when you sign up.
As far as I know, nothing wrong with not being a British Citizen but it's always a good idea to look through the Terms & Conditions in case they're hiding something. Anyway, it's not as if they'd ask you to prove it.
Out of interest, are you staying at the University Accomodation or elsewhere? It's just that I remember some sites (although a while back) didn't deliver to University addresses, so you might need to send the freebie to someone's house (and preferably someone that you know ).
Best of luck getting started, and if you have any more questions, don't hesitate to ask.
Ryan. |

thanks guys...
I've rented a house for the entire year, so the problem with the university's accommodation is fixed. I also know the exact adress of the house I'm going to move into.
When I sign up for a certain website, do I get anything in mail before the possible gift arrives? something to comfirm that it is the right adress or anything else |

Not from my experience. Then again, my only experience is an iPod Touch from Freepay.
You should be okay though. If you're really worried about it, you can request Amazon Vouchers on some sites that would be sent to you to use via e-mail.
I don't think you'll have any issues... Can't say I've ever heard of an address problem (although in fairness, I haven't exactly been looking).
If you give the right address, you'll almost certainly get it - no matter what you've heard about the mail service over here. |
