How to get a Freepay payout???

I'm 2 months overdue on my ipods account, sent many requests 4 vouchers. I cancelled and re-ordered asking for vouchers a week ago and still nothing.

I am also 2 weeks overdue on my giftcards account. Anyone know what i have to do to get them to payout?

I'm 6/12 on my flatscreens account and dont want to carry on if they aint gona payout. But obviously freepay have a time limit and i dont want those 6 greens to go to waste ! hmmm decisions....

It's just luck really. It seems everyday more and more people are getting vouchers. You could try cancelling, and re-ordering! Seems to work for some people

as mentioned in the post above, i did do this. Hasnt worked as of yet.

Took 5 days to work for me (as in, cancelling and re-ordering).

Others it has taken anything from 7 upwards.

When it gets to 2 weeks, try again maybe?
