More information on congas?

I've noticed that quite a few people don't seem to understand the conga process - people keep posting questions or even their referral links in the conga threads.

Perhaps we could have a sticky post in the congas section which gives a brief run down on what the congas are, how they work and how to join - what do people think?

Hello.

Sorry about that. This seems like a good idea, but I probably won't do much tonight - I'm getting used to a new system (which is doing me a bit of hassle just keeping connected...).

If you can't wait, you can make a post about it and I'll see about turning it into a sticky?
