I am hoping you may be able to help me?
I did a trade with someone and they signed up to my Easy Freebie site they said they completed the trade and as it hadn't gone green would get in touch via a support ticket, which they did and apparently this was the responce they got "Not very happy with easy freebie!! They said that they cant do anything - even though I did the offer and spent all the money! "
Why would someone not be credited if they did complete the offer for me? I have pm'd the person back to get the details and they haven't come back to me

Easy Freebie are lieing if they say they can't do anything.

Your referral should simply be able to send proof that he has completed the offer(i.e a screenshot of his account on the offer showing hes signed up and if its a betting offer screenshot showing a deposit and then what hes spent). Easy Freebie can then send a no credit report to the advertiser.

Easy Freebie saying they can't do anything is utter bullshit.

I am not so sure that Easy Freebie did say this, as this is what the other person who I traded with has said, I have pm'd him again as I am now annoyed that I went green for him and I'm left with nothing and I don't think he is a scammer as he has completed other trades.
I have just pm'd him again asking for the details of the offer.
