Hello All, Very Happy

This looks like the place to be for genuine information on the freebie scene. Many years ago I got a free phone and some Amazon vouchers for something similar, but this concept appears to have snowballed in recent years. So i thought I would have another go, but wanted to get a heads up before diving straight in to another SOS (Scam or Scheme) project. While there elements of truth to ideas such as this there are also lots of people trying to rip you off.

I should point also point out that while I have ready many forums before, this will be the first I have actually contributed to so I appologise now for anything I do wrong.

I have chosen FreebieJeebies as my test site to see how things go as it seems to be highly rated by others, looks professional and offers good returns for your referrals.
Friends and family have already been contacted and while they are a little slow on the update most now seem keen, although a few needed a few free pints to persuade them.
I also have a printing business and sell quite a few items on e-bay so they will be my next source of greens, but I am interested in any other methods that people have found successful. Some of you mentioned YouTube but I cant really see how much return that would achieve.

Finally for those of you who bothered to read my massive rant, I want to know about Trading greens. This seems a good method where "You scratch my back, I'll scratch yours". I need to know a little bit more on how this happens first but I am open to any potential trades offered.

Thanks Everyone - The FreeStarter Twisted Evil

One thing I meant to ask regarding the Freebie Jeebies sites. I have signed up to offer on the consoles.freebiejeebies site so if i refer someone to this section of the site but they then choose a gift from another section i.e. phones.freebieheebies do I still get the referral.

Hope this makes sense.

Not much, unless you have a really, really, really good video Wink. This method has been so overused that it's nearly impossible to get views, and even harder to convince people as there are so many blatant liars (i.e. People claiming to have a method to cheat the referral site - "All you have to do is sign up through my link only and complete an offer", etc), which I find puts people off the idea of referral sites altogether.

In regards to your FreebieJeebies question - they are technically two different sites (but part of the FreebieJeebies network), the referral will only count on the site you referred them to. You can still do more than one site, which is an upside - you may just have to make clear they have to do an offer on the site you referred them to only.

(Tell me if I've complicated matters - I have a habit of doing that, and I'm sure a more experienced freebie-er would be able to help)

Good luck

p.s. This is my first forum too - it's easy enough to get the hang of.
