i went green for derekjh on one of his sites and then he went green for me on gifts.kudos, but when i verified my account it said derekjh offer is on hold, this means he hasnt gone green for me yet.

i am still waiting for him to go green for me

And yes that image clearly shows he is on hold, we'll wait for him to respond. Either way, send in a support ticket asking why he is on hold, and get back to me on here.

The first I heard there was a problem was this morning from a PM fro Raj116. I thought the trade had been completed as per the link. I will however do all I can to find out why my status has changed.

I have raised a ticket and the response was not detailed but they have suspended my account. I have asked them to confirm what I have done wrong so that I know what steps to take next. If it means I cannot green on their site I am of course willing to do another offer for Raj.

It appears my records have gone wrong somewhere and I have ended up opening to gifts.kudos accounts and this why the green has disappeared.

Therefore I apologize Raj I cannot go green for you on your Kudos account. I do owe you a green and am happy to complete an offer on any other trade you are working on or compenstate you via paypal if you would prefer.
