On most the case is that you cannot complete an offer on the same site, however, if there are different branches of that site, like freepay (e.g, flatscreens.freepay, istuff.freepay, ps3's.freepay, etc), then you should be able to do it on one of those.
Personally, I don't use real-incentives, I'm just focusing on the freepay side of things (as you can probably deduce from the example above )
