Hey,
Im looking to set up a web site as it seems a sensible way to get some attention. However I would prefer it to be free and was wondering if anyone knew any good sites? |

Freewebs.com
Not the best, but it's a start.
It's got a good range of templates, or a html version you can use to my belief (I haven't used it for a couple of years).
Anyway, give it a try, let us know what site you create |

I'm using freewebs too. I would say the basic templates they walk you through are annoying. But you can switch to 'advanced' mode and just upload a site like you would any other host. So my suggestion is to build a site and upload it there. I did, and my site is so bad, but it's better than the thing they would have given me....
I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post my website link so I haven't.... |

A mod on another forum pointed me in the direction of A Small Orange web hosts. Based in the States but have been pretty reliable.
The basic hosting package cost $5 a month if I remember rightly. Not free but the sites have paid for themselves over time. _________________ Free iPhone | Free PS3 |
