I recommend either the lovefilm offer or the coral one. the coral one may be better because it is very quick. All you have to do is sign up to coral and then play £5 through in bets. Don't take any risks if you don't want to. I put all 5 pounds on a very safe bet, won only about 30p, then withdrew it all having completed the offer easily.
