I have just created a new site :

And I wondered if anybody would like to trade links to and from their site with me. This, in effect, would give us both a large increase in traffic meaning that we both win.

Since this is increasing your traffic and everything, it's only fair Wink

May I suggest having a separate section in the Links bit with the title "Forums", and maybe explain that this is a place where you can trade referrals, etc?

Might convince people to sign up more if they know there is a place where they can talk to people about it and get extra advice. (You could use it to your advantage - i.e. a link to the "It worked" section would be bound to help?)

Put all of that stuff on ONE page. You're relying on people clicking each link and reading all your content. No one will do that. Stick it all on one page like a sales letter and create some HYPE. Don't waffle on, get right to the point. At the moment it looks like a spam site. Most people will click back the moment they see it. I'm sure your stats will confirm this.

With regard to link building, you don't even have a good page title yet so links aren't going to do you much good. 1 visitor looking for exactly what you're offering is worth more than 1000 who were looking for second hand horse shoes.
