Trying out new method. Buying referrals from websites.

Right everyone,

I'm working towards getting my first freebie from freebiejeebies. I currently have 5 pending, and 15 signed up, so I've been searching the net, reading forums etc on the most efficient method. So I decided to make my own website explaining everything. On completion I then had the dilemma of getting traffic on my site. So added it to google etc and am just sitting and waiting. Anyway, when searching on tips about getting greens a couple of people mentioned that you can buy people to sign up to your referral link etc. So well I now have a website:

http://getps3forfree.webs.com/ I have bought 2500 visitors for this site from bravenet.com

and buyrefs.com where I have bought 10 sign ups for my referral link at freebiejeebies

So now I'm sitting and waiting. And thought I would start this topic to see if ppl have done this before, and if its successful. Also feedback for my site is welcome, as I want it to attract ppl in signing up! I'll post on any results!

Sounds like a good idea. Could you explain a bit more about how you buy people to sign up and get traffic to your site? (for the benefit of a complete noob!).

Also ive just made a website using freewebs but cant seem to get it online. Ive published the pages but when i go to the web address it says cant be found. Any ideas?

ok bit of a school boy error, buyrefs.com wont accept sign ups to freebiejeebies, so they offered me 10,000 visitors from the UK instead, so i'll let u know how that goes. bravenet have sent me bout 200 visitors but no greens or yellows.

You basically pay these sites to send you traffic to your website. Doing so in the hope that out of the 12500 people that are going to visit my site in the next couple days will hopef produce some greens. Will let you know how it all goes, hope that helps!

and in regard to your freewebs problem i dont know if i can help! Try refreshing the page and publish again? contact them if u have any trouble. sorry mate

A lot of the visitors will be sent using a script and they will receive something for staying at your site for 20 seconds. They will probably not even read anything on the site.
