What's the point in a trading limit?

Over the last few days, people have joined and basically spammed any old post to gain access to trading. What is the point having a limit at all as the posts add no value to the site and most threads were created months if not years ago.

Any genuine posts/questions are being lost in the middle of basically crap posts.

I completely agree. Unfortunately the admin has not been seen for months and is not responding to any of my emails or PMs

I have given up but now and again I will remove ref links and things.

I think the admin is happy enough to take the greens that come from his adverts (click ads) on the right and doesnt give a stuff about the forum, to be honest.

I agree, he even removed my ref link from the iphone ad on the right. that is why i haven't been bothered. I still have my link in one of the obscure pages but I am getting nothing from it.

The only ad that isnt a direct referral link is the Wii advert, though how its still not finished is beyond me.

The others.....well, I'm assuming they are admins. Shame he couldnt have been honest when he said the ad-clicks were stopping and simply said he was wanting to use them himself.
