The terms “Gimme4free”, www.gimme4free.co.uk, “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website. The term “you”, “reader”, “subscriber” or “user” refers to the user, member or viewer of our website.

“Free gift sites”, “referrals sites” or “referral sites” refers to independent websites operating incentivised free gifts schemes through affiliate partnerships.

“Ad Clicks” refers to the service operated by Gimme4free offering URL advertisement on a Pay Per Click basis.

“Banner Package” refers to packages of clicks available through Gimme4free’s Ad Clicks service.

“Paypal fees” refer to the standard Paypal fees paid by Gimme4free in receiving payments for banner packages. These are currently 3.4% of the payment plus £0.20 for payments up to £1500. These fees are correct at the time of printing, however may be subject to change at Paypal’s discretion and without notice. See Paypal.co.uk for more details on Paypal fees. Should Paypal’s fees change at any stage, then the term “Paypal fees” will refer to this new amount.

Ad Clicks Service

• Gimme4free offers a paid advertising service enabling customers to advertise their website link (URL) through banners on the website. We do not guarantee any result from this advertising in terms of credits, referrals, or sign-ups for any of the free gift sites.

• The Pay Per Click advertising service (Ad Clicks) provided by Gimme4free allows users to buy a predetermined number of unique clicks. A click is counted as a “unique click” if one click is received on any one banner from a given IP address within a time period deemed by Gimme4free to be an appropriate measure of legitimate usage.

• Gimme4free reserves the right to terminate/freeze Ad Clicks accounts if Gimme4free has reason to suspect misuse of the Ad Clicks system. Gimme4free’s decision in such matters is final and binding.

• “Alternative Banners” refer to the optional banner images provided by Gimme4free for each of the Ad Clicks packages on sale. For any one banner slot, a number of optional banners are available to the user for the purposes of advertising their URL. Users must only use the alternative banners provided for a  given slot, i.e. for users wishing to advertise in slot 1 (Playstation 3), then only alternative images for slot 1 (featuring variants of the Playstation 3 banner) may be used. Gimme4free reserves the right to change the banners of users who fail to comply with this policy. Persistent breach of this policy may result in your account being removed and any remaining funds refunded to your account. Reinstatement of any accounts will be solely at the discretion of Gimme4free.

• Users requiring a refund prior to the purchase of a banner package are entitled to a full refund up to 60 days after funds have been added to an account, minus a 10% administration fee. For refunds subsequent to this 60 day period, the user will receive a refund of the full amount paid for the banner package, minus paypal fees and 10% of the amount paid for the banner package for administration fees.

• Once a banner package has been purchased, the amount paid for the banner package is non-refundable.
